As founder and CEO, Dan Cates oversees all aspects of Certatrust's operations including strategy, innovation and development. As a twenty-five year industry veteran, Mr. Cates leads this health information technology company as an entrepreneur and visionary who recognizes the challenges programs have with monitoring the health and recovery participants are faced with. Leadership, knowledge, and client advocacy has provided consistency in our operations.

Gary Bourque

Chief Technical Officer/Product Development Lead
With over twenty-five years in the software development industry, Gary Bourque brings a broad array of skills and experience to the CertraTrust team. He has understanding spanning many operating systems, frameworks, languages and disciplines, encompassing both the Microsoft and Open Source arenas. Gary has achitected, developed and mainained large, complex systems, and worked with IBM mainframes, AIX and UNIX workstation systems, desktop and web applications, and cloud-based websites and services.
